Forgive me, but things are about to get a little sappy. You may remember Chris and Kayln’s Engagement session from last January, you know… the snow, the horses, the snow. Well, now it’s time to share their amazing wedding. Amazing doesn’t really quite capture it, let’s try Amazing, Spectacular, Magical, Gorgeous, and Scrumptiously Awesome. Yep, that’s a little closer.
Kayln is one of my baby cousins, and I’ve always had a special place in my heart for this girl and I am so, so, so proud of her. Being able to help her plan and then photograph her wedding has been such a blessing for me. I honestly feel like everything in my life has all been building up to this, that all my training and hard work was so that I could do this for her, and I am so grateful!
And what can I say about Chris? He’s cool, calm and collected. (more on that later) He is adorable, sweet, adventurous, and the perfect yang to Kayln’s ying. I am thrilled he is now an official member of our family (hold onto your hat Chris!) and his family is just as awesome as he is.
The wedding weekend took place in Big Sky Montana, at the beautiful Rainbow Ranch Lodge. I just have to say, they have the BEST continental breakfast EVER. Everything about this place is picturesque, from the Gallatin River flowing through to the rustic barn… it was GORGEOUS!
Kayln got ready in the “big house”, with deer heads and all! How much do you love her dress? And gotta love the Toms!
Kayln and Chris decided not to have a bridal party, which… was awesome. Instead, they just surrounded themselves with all of their family and friends.
Chris and his Guys…
And now Chris being Chris…
Kayln and her Ladies…
And now… just Kayln…
Time for the Ceremony!
Kayln rode in on a horse, led by her dad…
Stay tuned, I have LOTS more to share!! xoxo~ Annie
